Gu Patrol Brake Upgrade Kit

Directly replacing stock GU Patrol brake components, this kit features Australian-made DBA rotors and CNC-machined adaptors from Tasmania, ensuring durability and precision.

Forget about the complexity of custom components – this kit uses readily available rotors and off-the-shelf brake pads, making replacements easily accessible at any auto parts store across Australia. The 330mm diameter brake rotors (24mm larger than standard) are mounted on robust CNC-machined adaptor hats, constructed from medium tensile steel for enhanced strength – a notable advantage over kits using aluminum adaptor hats prone to bolt hole elongation in challenging conditions.

Notably larger than the 4.8 Patrol brakes, Off Road Engineering’s kit accommodates 17” rims, with confirmed compatibility for select 16” rims. Please note that factory Patrol 16” rims are not compatible.

Designed for optimal performance on and off-road, the kit includes DBA T3 5000 Series slotted brake rotors, 4-piston calipers, CNC-machined adaptors, NAS bolts, and nuts, along with Street or Extreme performance DBA brake pads. It's important to note that, like any brake upgrade, this kit requires a mod plate for legal road use.
